We offer a free 30-minute demo session and up to 8-hour intensive trainings on Kiu BMP's modules via 2 main channels- Skype and Google Hangout. Kiu will share screen with you so you could observe how to use each module or function on Kiu BMP. After the demo/training, Kiu will send a record of the training session and any detailed training document based on your requirement so you could rewatch the video if you need to.

Kiu currently offers online-support for customers via calls, email, or chat (Skype, Hangout, etc.). Every customer will have an assigned ERP Executive who will promptly assist you. However, if you need Kiu to support on-site, Kiu will consider providing special supports with extra cost

Kiu ERP's flexibility allows you to increase your storage. Please contact us to know more about it.

While we hope that Kiu BMP has helped you grow your business, if you wish to discontinue our services we would not make it difficult for you. Please feel free to contact us to confirm your cancellation. After that, you simply need to export all the data you need from your current Kiu BMP database. Our team will send it to you before deleting your database from our server permanently. Alternatively, you may contact our support to help you extract and back up these files.
